Who builds the room furniture?

The fixed joinery is ours and inside the contract: wardrobes, headboard, television unit, bathroom vanity. Loose furniture and soft furnishings usually come from the owner or the operator; their delivery and installation run inside the same programme.

Why start with a sample room?

Because a hotel is repetition. One complete room is built and approved in the final materials and details, so every room after it is measurement, not judgement, and time and cost are read off a room you have already stood in.

Can we open in phases?

Yes, by floor or by wing, once the safety and exit requirements are complete for the part that opens and civil defence has approved it.
