We visit, we measure, and we take your drawing or make one. The scope is agreed before we draw.
Design, then a fixed price3 weeks
Design sits with us from day one, so nothing is drawn that cannot be built. The quotation follows within 7 days of design approval. Then it is fixed.
Licences, in parallel4–6 weeks
Civil defence, the municipality and the landlord or mall approval run alongside detailed design, not after it. We prepare the technical file and tell you who signs, and when.
Build, reported every Thursday8–10 weeks
MEP, joinery and finishes by our own team. Every Thursday, a written report: what was done, what comes next.
Handover, then maintenance1 week
One handover. One snag list, closed within 14 days. Then maintenance, by the team that built it.
Written into the contract, not the brochure.
In Riyadh. Outside it, within 5 days.
Counted from design approval.
Fixed price after design, exclusions in writing, changes only by a signed change order.
