Do you install the kitchen extract yourselves?
Yes. Our own HVAC team installs the extract, the ductwork and every piece of equipment tied to it. It is the one system that most often fails when a contractor hands it to a subcontractor.
Do you carry the civil defence licence through?
Yes, inside the programme, not after it. Our fire team prepares the technical report and the installation, and you know who signs, and when.
How long does a 250 m² restaurant take?
13–15 weeks from signature to handover, when the design is ours and the licences are new. The interactive timeline dates your own project.
Can we open in stages?
Yes. The dining room first and the terrace later, for instance, once the safety requirements are complete for the part that opens.
