What is the difference between Cat A and Cat B?

Cat A is the floor as the landlord hands it over: raised floor or slab, ceiling, base HVAC. Cat B is yours: partitions, fixed furniture, lighting, network. We build B, and we prepare A+ for landlords.

Do you coordinate with our network provider?

Yes. We run the containment and the outlets, and your network and security providers work inside our programme, not around it.
