The design team sits with the build team, so nothing is drawn that cannot be built. If another practice drew it at your request, the responsibility is still ours.
We prepare the files and chase civil defence and the municipality. The signature is the authority's, which is why its duration sits inside the programme, not outside it.
Ordered early and shown in the programme. We do not promise shipping we do not control.
No blame passed between contractors. Whoever built it fixes it.
